Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us, request a resource, or book a call, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company details, message content, and any information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, send requested resources, prepare for calls, deliver agreed services, and keep basic business records.

Analytics and chat

This website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and Chatbase to provide a website chat widget. These services may process technical information such as pages visited, device/browser details, approximate location, and chat messages you send through the widget.

Email and booking tools

Email is handled through Google Workspace. Newsletter subscriptions and delivery are handled through Resend. We use your name, email address, and optional company name to manage the newsletter you requested. Submitting the newsletter form adds you to the list, and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Fit calls are booked through Calendly. If you use those tools, their privacy terms also apply.

AI tools and client work

For client work, we agree the tools, access, and data handling approach before setup. We use least-privilege access where possible and do not send external messages on your behalf without approval.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for reasonable business follow-up, or where required for legal, tax, or operational reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information by emailing matt.wills@quietlysmart.ai. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business record-keeping.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
