Who sets it up.
I'm Matt Wills. Before Quietly Smart, I spent 15 years running creative teams - Dark Horse Comics, theme parks, and licensing. I built this system to run my own business first, and it still does, every day. I only set up the thing I use myself.
Setup happens over video calls and your own screen, so where you are is rarely the problem. There's no team behind this, and I answer every message myself.
Straight answers

What can it do without asking me?
Nothing external. It prepares briefs, drafts, reminders, and prep packs, but anything that leaves your business waits for your approval. You stay the one who presses send.
What will it not do?
No trading, no payments, no posting in your name. It handles admin and preparation, not the decisions that are yours to make.
What does it run on?
Your own computer, using the files and information you provide. I check your email, calendar and tools before agreeing any connections. Where a connection is not supported, I explain the manual step.
What is it built on, and what do I maintain?
The core setup uses Claude Code or Codex on your own computer and your own AI account. You keep paying for that subscription. Day to day, you provide current notes and documents, ask for the work you need and review drafts. Other connections, schedules and costs are agreed before building. The optional care plan covers agreed fixes and maintenance.
What if I'm not around?
Quietly Smart is me, so it's a fair question. The system sits on your computer, is written up in plain English, and you own it outright. It carries on working whether or not I'm involved. If you want someone else to take it over one day, everything they need is already in your files.
What is the care plan?
Optional, USD 295 a month, the same on every tier. It covers maintenance and improvements, not rent. If you stop the care plan the system keeps working - you own it either way.
