Who sets it up.
I'm Matt Wills. Before Quietly Smart, I spent 15 years running creative teams - Dark Horse Comics, theme parks, and licensing. I built this system to run my own business first, and it still does, every day. I only set up the thing I use myself.
Setup happens over video calls and your own screen, so where you are is rarely the problem. There's no team behind this, and I answer every message myself.

What can it do without asking me?
Nothing external. It prepares briefs, drafts, reminders, and prep packs, but anything that leaves your business waits for your approval. You stay the one who presses send.
What will it not do?
No trading, no payments, no posting in your name. It handles admin and preparation, not the decisions that are yours to make.
What does it run on?
Your own computer. It connects to the inbox, calendar, files, and tools you already use. Email and calendar connections are guaranteed for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
What is it built on, and what do I maintain?
It runs through Claude Code or Codex on your own computer, signed in to your own Anthropic or OpenAI account. No API keys to manage, and nothing routed through Quietly Smart. You keep paying for that AI subscription yourself, since the system works through your account. Day to day there's nothing to maintain - you approve drafts, that's it. When a tool changes underneath and something needs adjusting, that's what the optional care plan covers.
What if I'm not around?
Quietly Smart is me, so it's a fair question. The system sits on your computer, is written up in plain English, and you own it outright. It carries on working whether or not I'm involved. If you want someone else to take it over one day, everything they need is already in your files.
What is the care plan?
Optional, USD 295 a month, the same on every tier. It covers maintenance and improvements, not rent. If you stop the care plan the system keeps working - you own it either way.
