The Bottleneck Audit · USD 795 · 7 days

Figure out what to fix first, and what it costs you.

You know too much waits on you, but not which part to fix first. In 7 days I map how work really moves through your business, show where it stops and waits for you, and rank what's worth fixing first.

What you get for USD 795

A clear plan, not a pile of AI ideas.

AI only helps when it's pointed at the right job. I map how a lead becomes a quote, how a quote becomes an invoice, and where the work stops and waits for you. Everything below is yours to keep.

Bottleneck map

One page showing where work comes in, where it slows down, and where it stops and waits for you.

Six ranked fixes

Ranked by what each one costs you, how hard it is, and what could go wrong, in the order worth doing them. Each one names the tool, the effort and the payoff.

Yours to keep

The map, the roadmap, and a custom prompt pack stay yours even if you stop here. No lock-in, no subscription.

45-minute walkthrough

What I found and what it's costing you. You leave knowing exactly what to do on Monday.

A real example

See a real audit.

I ran one for Le Méridien Bangkok in December 2025. Six stages from enquiry to booking, and four of them sat waiting on a person. They came in thinking they were short-staffed. Most of it was waiting, not workload.

How the week works

I do the digging. You get the plan by day seven.

Day 1

Kickoff and interviews

2 to 3 hours with you and one or two key people, talking through how the work really flows. No preparation needed from you.

Days 2-4

Mapping

I trace the work, the delays, and every point where the admin waits on you - including the quiet slow-downs you've stopped noticing.

Days 5-6

Recommendations

The six ranked fixes and the 90-day roadmap take shape, each one weighed against impact, effort, and risk.

Day 7

Walkthrough and handover

The full plan, delivered and explained on a call, with the next step made clear. You keep every document.

Honest fit

Is the Bottleneck Audit right for you?

Built for owner-operators in services, trades, hospitality, and agencies. It works best when the bottleneck is already costing you something, and I'd rather say so now than take USD 795 for a plan you can't use.

A good fit if

  • You own the business and still sit in the quotes, replies, and follow-ups yourself.
  • Work moves every week: leads, quotes, clients, and content.
  • The bottleneck has a cost you can feel: quotes nobody chased, invoices you keep meaning to follow up, replies written at 11pm.
  • You have 2 to 50 people, and things slow down when you step away.

Probably not yet if

  • You want a cheap app to try, not a plan to change how the work runs.
  • You are truly solo, with no steady flow of work to map yet.
  • You are only curious about AI, with no specific job slowing you down.
  • You need an enterprise rollout, not an owner-operator audit.

Where it leads

The audit ends with a decision, not a sales pitch.

By day seven you know the one thing worth fixing first, and what it's costing you to leave it. Some owners then build with me. Some take the plan and run it themselves. Either way, the map is yours to keep.

Useful answers

Questions before you book.

How involved am I?

Usually 2 to 3 hours across the week, spread over a couple of short interviews. I do the mapping and write the report.

Why is the audit paid and not a free call?

A free call helps us decide whether the Audit is the right fit. The paid Audit is a week of real work: a map of your business and a plan you keep, pointed at the right problem before you spend on fixing it.

What if I stop after the audit?

That's fine. You keep the map, the roadmap, the prompt pack, and the recommendations. There's no lock-in and no subscription.

What tools do you work with?

I work around what you already use: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for email and calendar, plus whatever runs your quotes, jobs, and invoices - accounting tools, a CRM, spreadsheets, or a mix. I don't ask you to switch systems.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Show up to two or three short interviews and talk about how the work really flows. I do the mapping and the write-up.

We'll talk through where the work piles up, and I'll tell you honestly whether the audit is the right first step, or whether you should go straight to the one-off setup.
